Your valid passport (expiring on or after September 1, 2020) is not required to reserve your spot, but a copy of your passport must be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the Global Celebration mission’s office before the trip departure.

WASHINGTON DC / TEL AVIV
Our group flight departs from Washington D.C for Tel Aviv, meals will be served on board. Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime!
TEL AVIV / BETHLEHEM
We will arrive in into Tel Aviv. Upon arrival in Tel Aviv our group will be met by the Banovs, and our local guide who will be with us for our entire trip. We will continue through Tel Aviv, the largest city in Israel and proceed through Samaria, up to Jerusalem and then on to the little town of Bethlehem. We will check into our hotel for dinner and orientation with Georgian and Winnie Banov.
BETHLEHEM / CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY / REFUGEE CAMP OUTREACH
This morning after a rich teaching from the Word by Georgian and Winnie Banov , we will visit the Church of the Nativity, the Manger and the Well of David. During the afternoon we will participate in an outreach to the refugees where we bring food, love and joy to the families and widows living behind the wall, sing and pray with them, hold art class for the children and more. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.
This morning after a rich teaching from the Word by Brian Simmons, author of The Passion Translation, we will go to a local Bethlehem orphanage to minister to the children there. In the afternoon we will visit the Shepherd’s field where we sill sing some carols and worship in the cave. Continue to the 2nd Refugee Camp where we will feed, sing with and pray for families living there. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
DEAD SEA / JERICHO / JORDAN RIVER
Today we drive to the Dead Sea which is the lowest spot on earth (1300 ft. below sea level). We will have a stop for lunch and those that want to swim in the Dead Sea may. We will travel to Jericho, the world’s oldest city. From the excavated tel atop the ruins of ancient Jericho we view the lush green Jordan Valley, and the Mount of Temptation. We may even have the opportunity to ride a camel! Continue to the Jordan River where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. Head back to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
UPPER ROOM / MOUNT OF OLIVES / GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE
“He has risen!” (Mark 16:6)
After breakfast we enjoy a worship service in the Upper Room where Jesus had the Last Supper, and where 50 days later the disciples heard the heavenly language. Head to the Mt. of Olives with an opportunity for a group photograph overlooking Jerusalem. We then walk the traditional Passion walk. After viewing the Golden Gate, there will be available free time so that our amazing team members have the chance to explore and shop in Old Jerusalem. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
JAFFA / SOLDIER’S HOSPITAL / CAESAREA / NAZARETH / MT CARMEL
This morning we leave Bethlehem and we travel to the Israeli “Wounded Soldier’s Hospital” and minister to the patients there. This afternoon we will go to Caesarea along the Mediterranean, capital of the Roman procurators of Judea. Visit the Roman port, Crusader’s Moat, Roman theater, aqueduct and hippodrome. Next we continue to Muhraka on Mount Carmel where Elijah challenged Baal’s priests, and then afterwards stop at Nazareth and have a panoramic view of the Jezreel valley. Drive through Cana and on to Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee for check in. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
TIBERIAS / UPPER GALILEE
This morning we enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, then visit Tabha and the Mount of Beatitudes. In the afternoon we follow the Rift Valley running parallel to the Jordan, along the route Jesus most frequently traveled to Jerusalem. We visit Bet Shean at the foot of Mt. Gilboa, where King Saul was slain, see the evidences of Egyptian, Roman and Byzantine occupations, and view the ancient tel, Roman Theater and church mosaics. We will visit the sites where Jesus preformed many of His miracles. Check in to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
SEA OF GALILEE / MOUNT OF BEATITUDES / JERUSALEM
We continue to the northern limits of Jesus’ travel as we cross the River Hatzbani to Dan, where we combine a nature walk beside the Upper Jordan with views of the ancient ruins, topped by the great profession of faith, recognition of Christ Jesus (Matthew 16). Driving along the foot of Mt. Hermon, we ascend onto the Golan Plateau for a magnificent view of upper Israel. We will take the Jordan River road to Jericho and continue on to Jerusalem. Our first glimpse of Jerusalem will be unforgettable so have your cameras ready. We will arrive before Shabbat in time to visit the Western Wall. Check in to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
OLD CITY / TEMPLE MOUNT / VIA DOLOROSA
We then walk the traditional Passion walk. After viewing the Golden Gate, we walk downhill to Gethsemane, where we take time to meditate on the Gospel text and listen to a powerful teaching from Winnie. We will also take a historic walk to Zechariah’s grave. Later this afternoon we will board our bus and go to the Garden Tomb where we take communion together. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
JERUSALEM / TEL AVIV / USA
Early this morning we transfer to the airport for our flight home with unforgettable memories to cherish always. Knowing we have walked in the footsteps of Jesus and the early Christians on such a memorable tour will bring new meaning to our Bible reading.
