“CoCo” Banov

Georgian and Winnie “CoCo” Banov, lovingly referred to as the, “Joy Apostles” are a radical team with a powerful message. Boldly declaring the finished work of the Cross they minister freedom, joy, supernatural healings and wholeness.

Georgian was born in communist Bulgaria. As a teenager, he was a founding member of the first official rock 'n roll band in the country. He escaped the iron curtain and was mightily saved after coming to the United States. It was during the tale end of the “Jesus Movement” in 1974 that he had a powerful encounter with Christ in Southern California. Soon after getting saved, he became a leader of a contemporary Christian band called, “Silverwind” in the 1980's. He was also the co-writer and co-producer of famous children classics, such as “Music Machine” and “Bullfrogs and Butterflies, which sold over 3.5 million, copies worldwide and earned Grammy & Dove Awards.

The Banovs travel extensively holding apostolic renewal meetings and conferences worldwide. Charged with a heart of compassion for the poorest of the poor, they also host lavish evangelistic feeding crusades throughout the third world.

Heidi Baker

Heidi Baker was ready to call it quits until she received a sudden life-changing touch from God. In 1995, Heidi and her husband, Rolland, arrived in Mozambique, the poorest country in the world, and took over a horribly dilapidated and neglected orphanage with eighty children with no promised support. Today, they provide for 10,000 children daily. They also planted a church, which has spread like fire throughout the neighboring countries. There are currently over 10,000 churches and still growing! According to many church historians, this is one of the greatest church-plant movements in the history of the Church. Julie Meyer has been a worship leader at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City since 1999.

Julie's heart has been soaring in the winds of romance from the book of Song of Songs. Knowing her King and Bridegroom through the lens of the Scripture and prophetic experiences has led her to write many spontaneous choruses and worship songs.

Her worship-leading and prophetic songs have inspired many to lean into their Beloved.

Her 3 sons, Isaac and twins Jesse and Joe, all serve and play on worship teams at the House of Prayer and Julie helps her husband, Walt, with home groups and youth gatherings that support the growing community at the Missions Base. Julie and her family reside in Kansas City, MO.
