Soon after getting saved, he became a leader of a contemporary Christian band called "Silverwind" in the 1980's. He was also the co-writer and co-producer of famous children classics such as "Music Machine" and "Bullfrogs and Butterflies", which sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide and earned Dove Awards and Grammy nominations.

Leif Hetland is from the country of Norway, from a small city on the West coast called Haugesund. In 1984, after 5 yrs of rebellion, he heard the call of God to ministry. Through a glorious healing, deliverance and impartation of love, he ventured into the world of full-time ministry. The first four years of ministry were with Covenant Players, a Christian drama ministry that took him to all denominations in countries around the world. The highlight of his ministry opportunities with this group was at Edgewood Baptist Church in Columbus, GA where, in April 1988, he met Jennifer Hilderbrand. In 1989, Leif and Jennifer were married and since have been blessed with four beautiful children.

In 1994, while serving as pastor of First Baptist Church in Sandnes, Norway, the Holy Spirit transformed a dried out, burned out, hard working Baptist pastor into a passionate lover filled with the Holy Spirit and compassion for God's world. In a small pastor's meeting in the city of Haugesund, God used a man named Randy Clark to facilitate this transformation in Leif's life. Randy approached Leif and had a prophetic word for him that later changed the direction of his life. The word was, "I don't know you but I can see over your life that you are like a bulldozer. God is calling you to prepare the way in unchartered territory. You are a forerunner and you are here to prepare the preparers for the coming of the Son of man". He shared that Leif was an apostle with a calling to prepare nations who had never yet heard the Gospel of The Kingdom.

The Holy Spirit has led Leif to 67 nations on 5 continents with the message of the Father Heart of God. Leif has been involved in the development of thousands of leaders and approximately 650,000 lives have been added to the Lamb's Book of Life.

In October of 2009, Pastors Ray and Michelle Arnold started Uprising Movement in the Greater Cincinnati Area. After years of drug use and alcohol addiction which led to him being in a coma for 3 days from drinking, and a season ending knee injury in college that ended any chances at playing at the next level, Ray Arnold asked God, “If you are real God fill my emptiness.”  July 17, 2000, Ray Arnold gave his life to Jesus because the Lord answered his request and filled those areas of emptiness in his life. For 6 years, Ray was a Youth Pastor in Florence, KY where he took the reigns of a group of 7 youth and grew it to one of the largest youth ministries in the Northern KY area.  Ray and Michelle were then called to serve at Christian Faith Center under Pastors Casey and Wendy Treat, in Seattle, WA. At Christian Faith Center Ray served as the Young Adult Pastor, Youth campus /teaching pastor, and Church Small Group Pastor for both of their locations.
