Georgian was born in communist Bulgaria. As a teenager, he was a founding member of the first official rock 'n roll band in the country. Soon after getting saved, he became a leader of a contemporary Christian band called "Silverwind" in the 1980's. He was also the co-writer and co-producer of famous children classics such as "Music Machine" and "Bullfrogs and Butterflies", which sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide and earned Dove Awards and Grammy nominations.

The Banovs travel extensively, holding apostolic renewal meetings and conferences worldwide. Charged with a heart of compassion for the poorest of the poor, they also host lavish evangelistic feeding crusades throughout the third world.

Heidi Baker was ready to call it quits until she received a sudden life-changing touch from God. In 1995, Heidi and her husband, Rolland, arrived in Mozambique, the poorest country in the world, and took over a horribly dilapidated and neglected orphanage with eighty children with no promised support. Today, they provide for 10,000 children daily. They also planted a church, which has spread like fire throughout the neighboring countries. There are currently over 10,000 churches and still growing! Kim Walker-Smith has quickly become one of the strongest voices for the current youth revival. She is a passionate worship leader with an anointing to bring an entire generation into an encounter with God. Skyler Smith is a strong leader with an incredible sensitivity to the presence of God. He has been leading worship for over 10 years and has a powerful pastoral anointing. He has many interests and talents including professional photography and graphic design. After earning his B.A. in Digital Technology and Culture with a minor in Fine Arts, he married and moved to California where he and his wife, Kim currently reside. Together they travel around the world, leading worship and partnering with the Spirit of God.

Seeing the next generation run after God is also at the heart of Bishop Pierces' ministry. He has served on the executive board for the CallDC, a gathering of over 300,000 youth in 2000. He was the National Youth Coordinator for Washington For Jesus and he is continually speaking into the lives of the younger generation, challenging and inspiring them to be the future leaders.

Bishop Pierce also provides apostolic oversight to churches in the Ukraine, Ghana, Indonesia, Madagascar, Ivory Coast and Pakistan as well as domestically here in the States.
